"Our stay wasn’t too bad, but not phenomenal. Hotel was relatively clean, and the staff were accommodating enough (didn’t interact much). There were only two “issues” during my stay. The biggest inconvenience was parking, by far. Each night took literally 30 minutes (one night 45 minutes). Because they are also an event space, the parking lot was packed. Limos and party busses were running with the drivers inside while sitting in 3-4 spots, and there truly weren’t enough spots for guests of the hotel plus event guests. They should really have a limo/bus rule to prevent this. The only other hiccup was when I booked the room, I had requested non-feather pillows as I am allergic (weeks in advance). When we got to our room, I looked over all the pillows and realized they were all down. I called the front desk, and reminded them of my request, letting them know I just needed one at minimum (as long as my face isn’t on them I’m usually okay if I take allergy meds) and they let me know they had to go on a search for a pillow. After about an 45 minutes, they called to say they could not find one and would call the hotel nearby to see if they had any. 30 minutes later, a woman came to my door and said (paraphrasing) “here’s your foam pillow, it’s the only one between our two hotels.” I can’t be the only person with a feather allergy, so it’s wild to me that between two large hotels there is only ONE non-feather pillow… but it is what it is. I will definitely stay again though!"

"The only reason this Hotel is still in the business is because of the staff. Danny, one of the front managers definitely makes up for a lot of the shortcomings from the Hotel. Kudos to Danny. Shoomi, the bell desk gentlemen is also very helpful. "

"Two minutes to Wall Street. Lots of dining close by. Walked to system island ferry. Calms down in evening but still lots of action"

"Close to D & N train which makes commute to Manhattan very convenient. Walking distance to Brooklyn Chinatown and accessible to great cafes, restaurants & grocery stores. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. The only drawback is the shower which takes time to heat up."

"I booked for a 2 night stay. The bed was so hard i thought of leaving on the first night. The second night was hard as well. Other than that the stay was okay bare bones, but good shower."

"The room had chipping paint on the walls, there was a desk with chipped wood, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off… wasn’t the nicest looking space. When we checked in around 6pm, there was linen thrown in piles against the walls in the hallway along with garbage bags. The bed was clean which was most important to us. The staff was very friendly. They also accommodated a late checkout by 1 hr which we appreciated. Overall, I don’t think I’d return to this location. "
