Casa Francesca is nestled in the very center of Verona: just around Piazza delle Erbe, and a few minutes walk away from the Arena and Juliet's house.
At Casa Francesca, located on the fourth floor of a building of 15th century, completely renovated in March 2019, comfortably seated on the private balcony you can enjoy a view of the two main towers of Verona: Torre dei Lamberti and Torre del Gardello, as well as the roofs of Corte Sgarzarie.

From the listing it is clear that Francesca's property is a loft conversion, so I expected to hit my head on the ceiling at least once. This expectation was realised, but so were my expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The apartment sits at the top of four flights of stairs. It is located in a wonderful part of Verona and is a short stroll from the key sights. The dining options that we found at the foot of the building were excellent and a wonderful surprise. Communication with Francesca was clear and easy. Francesca responded promptly even when I didn't. It is very easy to recommend this property.

Modern 1-bedroom in Verona historic center

Very comfortable and quiet top floor walk-up. Gracious, helpful host. Easy check-in. Will definitely stay again.
