A wonderful historic property with a tremendous location. However rooms and property are dated and badly in need of a refresh. Front desk and concierge staff are good but housekeeping staff less so- repeatedly ask for bath towels which were not left in room and got no response. Having stayed at multiple properties on the island, while the hotel is nice there are better values to be found in the competition.

This is an amazing property, extremely well-maintained, very professional staff, all the amenities you could want. Breakfast or lunch on the terrace is a fabulous experience.
