"The staff were without exception, kind and helpful. The property is right on the parking area for the gondolas. We were able to get a drink and sit outside and watch them all. The room was small, but very functional and well maintained. Out of all the cities in Italy, throughout all my visits, this was my favorite hotel. I will be back! Amazing stay."

"It was amazing, best location in Venice. The staff helped us on our travel experience, taking a local taxi line 1 Piazza san Marcos. They also advise us on the best way to get to the airport. The breakfast is a must. Very good, low price and great ."
