Great antique hotel next to St. Marco square, and 3 minutes away from the water bus stop; Gondola stop right outside the front door, many good restaurants nearby; small but beautiful and clean room, every staff was friendly and offered free water taxi to Murano (glass island), great breakfast. Would stay here again

Only real complaint is that the bathroom of our room had absolutely no ventilation so it had an awful mold/cat urine smell to it & we had to keep the door closed at all times to keep the smell from getting in to the room. Also notable mold in shower
