"The suite we stayed in was very cozy & had a great balcony with a view of the mountain. Came with every amenity we needed. The best part was the location - easily walkable (~20 mins) to Lake Louise and a 5 minute drive down the mountain to restaurants. Definitely recommend!"
"Great staff. Loved the hot tub and steam room - great amenites after 2 days of constant rain and cold. Room had all the perfect touches. Bed was a little soft. There are no elevators so prepare to lug your heavy overpacked bags up a fiight of stairs. Not a staff responsibility. "
