"The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

"Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. The Nespresso machine was a great but we had to make an early morning grocery run for those basic coffee condiments. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful rooms, an amazing pool, and a fantastic restaurant. Everything was wonderful! Just two small suggestions to improve the experience even further: 1. The hair dryer in room 567 wasn’t working and looked quite worn out. It would be great to replace it. 2. It wasn’t clear whether the wine in the room was complimentary. A small information card explaining what’s included would be very helpful. Thank you for a lovely experience! We would definitely love to come back!"

"The only thing I would recommend is look into the parking fee since the elevators were down we didn’t have to pay it, but it seemed like if the parking fee was still there it would’ve been a pretty heavy cost on a trip to LA"

"The Whiskey Hotel hits the spot. We had a king bedroom that faced the Hollywood sign and literally I don't think there's a better view in a Hollywood Hotel. Everyone was friendly and nice. The restaurant is superb and the drinks were better than the local bars. They had an amazing special of two steaks, an appetizer, bottle of wine, and desert for $100 bucks. If you're a couple you know you are already spending that much and not getting half of what they throw in so it's an amazing deal. People that complain about the area have obviously never been to LA or an actual sketchy part of town, the surrounding area is harmless, some interesting characters sure but if your car is in the parking garage you're gonna be ok. I walked to numerous bars and my wife walked solo as well. It's an older converted building with a beautiful interior if the rooms are "too small" go book the local roach motel. The king bed was great, the sitting chairs very comfortable, the bathroom was massive and the shower had a bench. I think some people just like to complain. I don't see myself coming back to LA anytime soon but if I did I would look here no problem."
