Beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean but the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming and made me sick, I had to air the room out. No water pressure in shower, and I had to ask for hair conditioner. The staff was very nice and I love allure of the place.

Very cool and well maintained “old school” inn. Awesome location and very close to all the Hollywood destinations! Special shout out to Randy who checked us in and was very helpful! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!!!!

The hotel has been improved inside from my previous stay there several years ago. The Olive Bistro is very close and convenient for meals. The Inn provides a shuttle service to most local attractions and travel hubs. I would definitely stay there again.

Air conditioner was awful! Floor above sounded like they would fall through, Adjoining door was uncomfortable, bed was very hard and flat pillows. One of us had to be up very early so we checked out after being there a few hours. Let the attendant know that our stay want great. Tried to get a refund as the amount of the room was outragous for such a crappy half night. The manager told me it was my fault that i didn't complain at 1 am when i started having the issues so i could move rooms when my other half had to be up in 2 1/2 hours. Worst costumer service i have ever experienced and would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! Save yourself and spend $50 more for the Hilton in Burbank!!

Great location with everything being only a 20mins drive away. Shuttle is extremely helpful, staff great, pool very inviting ! The kitchennette was very useful for us as well. Would recommend !
