"Suite smelled awful, had to ask for air refresher and check in and check out were delayed. "

"Check out is at 12noon, decided to sleep in, hang the do not disturb sign but was awaken by loud knocks at around 10am. The lady on the other side of the door kept saying housekeeping and it really not good as I need the sleep really bad. The room is quite small and the building is old. The coffee maker/station is next to the toilet in the bathroom,"

"Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Immediate response when we called for a burnt-out light bulb. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. "

"The staff, especially Tyler, were accommodating and helpful. Main issue was with the hotel lighting designer and some lay out features. When coming off the dark elevators onto the guest floor the LED wall lights are BLINDINGLY bright to the point of painful. The first room I had also had blindingly bright bedside lights and bathroom lighting. LED bulbs are available in dim-able soft white but the hotel's lighting designer only knows the color of super bright daylight and ALL lights in the room are way too hot, bright and can't be turned down. The first room I had also did not provide a view of the TV from the bed. The TV faced a less comfortable sitting area opposite the bed. The beds were comfortable. Tyler arranged a switch to a room with the better layout and I am grateful."
