This was a beautiful historic hotel. Service was great. My only complaints are there was no water in the room and there was no full length mirror. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I will be back again when I return to DC!

The Queen bedroom was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a large, updated bathroom! The room and hotel in general had its own personality to it, which was wonderful. Hotel staff were extremely kind and polite.

What a fantastic historic hotel in a great location! Just around the corner from the Foggy Bottom station and walkable to the White House! We had a gorgeous suite that made relaxing after 100 degree weather all the better! Loved having market across the street with lots of quick eating options (we loved Duke’s). There is also a Whole Foods close by to stock up on wine and nibbles. Don’t miss Founding Farmers and Tatte Bakery for breakfast as well!
