Great location, boutique neighborhood hotel but definitely could use an upgrade. The hall carpets were stained and absolutely no place to put toiletries or hang bath towels in sink. There was only a small table with two chairs in deluxe king with view of the alley. Also, I was not offered the Expedia perk of upgrade and free drinks. I really wanted to like this hotel but it’s just average if not slightly below.

The property aesthetic was very nice and modern. We dined at the on site restaurant for a spell occasion and our expectations were exceeded. The food was great, the staff was attentive and the price point was just right!

The positive is that the room was in the corner and quiet during the evenings. The room was very small, but the bedding and linens were high quality. With that said, there was a huge stain in the carpet by the fridge that was covered by a rug that was not meant for the area because the fridge door would not open because of it. It was convenient having a restaurant in the hotel which we utilized 3 times for convenience. I would rate the food pretty good and well-priced.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! Beautiful mixture of classic and modern. My room was cozy, clean, and had every possible convenience including large umbrella, clothing steamer, heating lamp in bathroom, and fabulous shower. I went solo this time, but my husband and I will definitely be back. Oh and restaurant food very very good!
