The location was fine, but the room had an odd musty odor. As computers were down due to the global IT issue there was no ability to move rooms. The staff did their best but you could see they were stretched to their limits. The staff all seemed friendly but clueless in many cases.

This place was great. Everyone was so nice and it was conveniently located near the national mall and the spy museum right next door! Rooms were clean and we felt safe overall! They also have a spot with rentable scooters nearby so you can easily hop on and off to get around without a car! Also walkable to the Wharf area with beautiful shops!

I would recommend this hotel for its location, it is close to the National Mall and the Wharf. There are restaurants at the bottom level and has easy access to the metro.

Really liked that the train was so close. The Wharf area was fun to walk down to at night. A little too far of a walk for us to the monuments, etc, but with the train right there, that was not an issue.
