Adding to the villa’s allure is the private pool and rooftop lounge area- a serene space to catch a sunrise or sunset. Beach club access, private chef and full concierge services available.   
  
Kitchen- For those who like to cook, the kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, utensils, and ample tableware for your entire group.   
Poolside patio- comfortable lounge seating, propane grill, large smart TV   
Bathrooms- Stocked with artisan coconut shampoo. conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers and fresh towels.   
Rooftop- The rooftop terrace is what truly makes Casa Mazuri stand out- a serene space to catch a sunset, or to lounge and gaze out onto the jungle. Lush tropical plants, lounge seating including hammock daybed, fans and lighting make this the perfect place to relax.

Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.   
  
Available via chat and in person locally if needed. After booking you will receive an optional link to check in via our exclusive guest app. Here you will find maps links, access info, area/general info be able to make beach club reservations, book concierge services and more!  
  
Tulum is growing by leaps and bounds! so it is normal to see constructions in the surroundings. Fortunately, there are not constructions adjoining us.  
  
Some streets are not yet paved around us, Tulum is a developing area, there are some bumpy roads but any car can handle.   
  
This is not a walkable location   
Transportation-   
Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.   
Bikes- we can recommend places to rent   
Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa  
  
Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours.   
  
Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.  
  
The insects are also part of life, try to accept them. It is possible to find them inside the facilities (Perfectly normal with all the jungle around us). They are not representing an unclean space, instead they are part of an ecosystem so please avoid mistreating or killing them and be aware that if you leave food exposed, they are curious and will try to approach it. Please call us if you need assistance.

toilet.  
\-Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd  
\-Please contact host with any wifi issues- do not touch routers   
\-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in  
\-Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury  
\-In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum\`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies.  
\-Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle.  
\-If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund.  
\-Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement. Prices are in MXN
