The Space:  
This condo is located in a prime spot inside the lovely residential area called Aldea Zama which is situated between Tulum's beach and town. Submerged in a tropical oasis with modern amenities, you will enjoy a serene and dreamy escape, ideal for couples or some friends wanting to enjoy a sultry Tulum stay.  
  
The ground-floor condo features:  
  
\- Comfortable open plan living space with comfortable sofa seating and a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home  
  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home.

Plus, there are also so many things to see and do around Tulum-- everything from beach & water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more!

The Neighborhood:  
Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can walk the Aldea Zamá community too.   
  
\- The Aldea Zamá community is surrounded by beautiful lush jungle for a mystical vibe yet with upscale modern conveniences  
\- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to bigger grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and at the beach road  
\- The Tulum town shops and Aldea Zama's commercial shops are within walking distance   
\- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), lagoon floats, and of course Tulum's beach, famous jungle eateries and clubs are only a few minutes away  
  
There are so many world-renowned restaurant choices in Tulum, but here are 3 we recommend:

Getting Around:  
The condo is about 118 km| 73 miles or about a 1 hr 35-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you're driving, check your mobile map apps for driving times vary depending on the time of day.

Other Things to Note:  
The laundry center is out of service, both the washer and dryer, until further notice.  
  
Please take note: Tulum is currently experiencing high growth and some construction noise must be expected during daytime work hours, Monday to Saturday.  
  
Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.  
  
There is no daily housekeeping service however the unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.   
  
Pets are not allowed at this property.   
  
Some home and bath essentials are provided like toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Any other supplies needed during your stay must be brought onsite by the guest.   
  
Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. \*Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.  
  
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.  
  
Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.  
  
HOUSE RULES  
\- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.  
\- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premised is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.  
\- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.  
\- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.  
\- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.  
\- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.  
\- Please avoid moving furniture.  
\- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.   
  
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message.

Everything was perfect except the hot tub wasn’t clean , housekeeping daily is an additional charge and the washer and dryer usage wasn’t included .

#### It was a very cute and clean place to stay with my family.

We had a great experience with our stay. When we arrived to the property everything was very clean. They allowed us to drop off our bags before check in which was a plus because we had an excursion planned and didn't want to carry our bags in our vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

#### Short stay in Tulum 

The property is as listed. We had 5 adults in our group and were quite comfortable in the condo. It was clean, well stocked and close to amenities like grocery and restaurants. It was quiet and the outdoor patio was nicely shaded to sit out in the morning or evening.The only complaint would be that there was no linen for the fold out couch. I had advised the property manager ahead of time that we would be using.. I advised again when we arrived and there was not adequate linen but-they were unable to get it to us. They did compensate us for the inconvenience which was appreciated.. A small inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.

#### Great location felt very safe

We stayed 3 nights here with friends in Tulum before heading to Cancun. Plenty of room for everyone with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We liked that it was gated because we had a car rental so it made it feel very safe. The host communicated very well with us. We overall really enjoyed our stay there.

#### First time to Mexico 

Overall the property was clean, beautiful, easy to relax and in a great location.The downfalls was that I requested early check in for 85 and it wasn’t granted. I wish they would have told me to be guaranteed I should book the extra night. We travelled overnight and just wanted to rest up.The bicycles were advertised as free use but when we got there we were charged. The host did refund my payment.This condo is in a prime location and with all the development in Tulum, it needs to remain competitive. I would recommend fixing the laundry for use, clearly listing the price for bike rental's, having the extra sheets for the pull out couch accessible.Overall it was a good getaway with a few minor setbacks.
