We had a great experience with our stay. When we arrived to the property everything was very clean. They allowed us to drop off our bags before check in which was a plus because we had an excursion planned and didn't want to carry our bags in our vehicle. We had 5 adults in our group and were quite comfortable in the condo. It was clean, well stocked and close to amenities like grocery and restaurants. It was quiet and the outdoor patio was nicely shaded to sit out in the morning or evening.The only complaint would be that there was no linen for the fold out couch. I had advised the property manager ahead of time that we would be using.. I advised again when we arrived and there was not adequate linen but-they were unable to get it to us. They did compensate us for the inconvenience which was appreciated.. A small inconvenience in an otherwise great stay. ##### Laura R. Plenty of room for everyone with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We liked that it was gated because we had a car rental so it made it feel very safe. The host communicated very well with us. I wish they would have told me to be guaranteed I should book the extra night. We travelled overnight and just wanted to rest up.The bicycles were advertised as free use but when we got there we were charged. The host did refund my payment.This condo is in a prime location and with all the development in Tulum, it needs to remain competitive. I would recommend fixing the laundry for use, clearly listing the price for bike rental's, having the extra sheets for the pull out couch accessible.Overall it was a good getaway with a few minor setbacks. ##### Kathryn T.
