Normal hotel, friendly staff. Gives good, warm feeling. Room was OK but bathroom and especially bathtub were shabby, showing age. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, which is very helpful, but outside there is nothing of any interest. Serves the purpose to spend a night between flights though

The area was convenient for getting a shuttle to the airport. I was awake early so changed the time with the front desk. She didn’t tell the driver. And the toilet broke in the morning!

Excellent value for money hotel. Airport shuttle very useful, rooms a good size and clean and tidy. Staff all friendly and gave us an earlier check in at short notice, would definitely recommend.

I always stay at this hotel when I need to spend a night close to Pearson for an early flight. It is not glamorous, but it offers the best value. Reliable shuttle. It is a good restaurant - good breakfast and pizza - and a comfortable bar to unwind.

I didn’t like that there was no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I had to drag my luggage up some very narrow stairs without any help. The room itself was comfortable it was just getting to it that sucked with two large suitcases.
