"Great location, friendly staff, nice view and room"

"Have stayed on many occasions at the Claridge as it is a smaller hotel and located just where I like to be on the Gold Coast. Staff super friendly and helpful, have a nice happy hour. Only issue I had this trip is that our room was a terrible design, particularly that of the bathroom which seems to be stuck in where they could fit it. Difficult to navigate during the night, tight quarter and awkward door position. Other than that , had a great stay but would not stay again in that room"

"Staff was amazing. Daily breakfast is good, but could expand a bit. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, housekeeping is amazing and friendly. Highly recommended, will stay again."

"Breakfast menu was good early in morning when things were fresh. Later in morning like 9:30 the freshness was not there. Rooms were cleaned daily which was very nice. Staff was friendly. i will stay here again. "

"The connecting rooms we had reserved had not been cleaned despite us checking in several hours after 3pm check in. Therefore we were moved to non connected rooms with different size beds than our reservation. Elevator and front door handicap access was not working to automatically open and hold the doors. Not impressed for a Hilton property."

"The room was beautiful and roomier than expected. This hotel is remodeling and looks great. The continental breakfast included two hot entrees which was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood."
