Top The Last Bookstore Hotel Reviews

Hotel Per La, Autograph Collection

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Rooms were beautiful and clean. We didn’t have hand soap in the toilet oddly, but everything else was great! The restaurant staff was really nice as well. Coffee after 10 am with brunch was limited. Wish they had some cappuccino but we walked over to a near by coffee shop Soro that had the best cappuccino! Will definitely visit again and hopefully take out the time to relax by the rooftop pool area!"

Freehand Los Angeles

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel in emerging urban neighborhood. Great hotel for families, couples, singles. Rooms are HUGE with comfortable seating areas and big TVs. Dated, but stylish and clean. Some street noise (but hey, it's DTLA). Near Grammy Museum, historic sites, amazing architecture. Homeless issues in the neighborhood, but, again, big city. Lots of filming in the area for commercials, movies, TV. Hotel has a coffee vendor, bar in lobby and on roof by pool, and a restaurant. Good patisserie next door. Many cool bars within walking distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Due to area issues, skip the self park and let them park you valet. We travel frequently and would stay there again."

Los Angeles Athletic Club

10/10 Excellent

"The gentleman at the front desk, Brandon, was so helpful and professional. All of the staff was so attentive. The facility itself was incredible. It has a great variety of gym equipment but my favorite part of it was by far the pool. The location is great. We were within walking distance of Grand Central Market and The Last Little Bookstore. I definitely plan on visiting again and extending my stay."

The Biltmore Los Angeles

10/10 Excellent

"Great property with some really friendly ghosts! Bill Murray and his buds helped get rid of the slimer and keep the place comfy for all guests!"

"Clean room, great layout, easy self check-in, great roof top bar and view"

Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

10/10 Excellent

"Upon check in, they asked what brought ha to LA- I believe, more for conversation than anything. I let the front staff woman know that we were here for the Oregon ducks versus UCLA game, and also mentioned this was one of two trips for our honeymoon. She showed us to the elevator and said congratulations. We were up in our room for about 20 minutes when there was a knock on the door, and a lovely gentleman greeted us with a beautiful plate of desserts and complementary champagne. They also sent a card with him. When I opened the card they had typed out a personal message, congratulating us on our honeymoon and wanted to send complementary celebratory items to our room. This was an incredible surprise and meant a lot to us. It took thought. Our room was beautiful, with a corner view of windows, looking down into the city of LA. There were plenty of food options around, and we really enjoyed every interaction we had in the neighborhood. The hotel staff were friendly from the valet to checking in. The morning we left and needed to get our car from the valet, all of the gentlemen were so sweet. I felt like a local celebrity ha ha. My husband and I will stay here again if we ever visit LA, and are looking into staying at the Omni in New Orleans when we have our second honeymoon trip in a couple of months."

The Winfield Lofts, A Wyndham Hotel

"People will probably comment on the surrounding location but I personally enjoyed being so close to walking destinations and night life. Security guard staff were wonderful and gave an extra sense of security when arriving."
