The hotel itself was nice. It was in a really bad neighborhood though. There's a security station you drive through before heading to the property. That helped a little. I booked a lake view room. Apparently, I accidentally booked an accessible room. They called me before checkin to ask if I needed accessibility. I said no but I still wanted the lake view. When I got there, they put us in another accessible room but this one was facing a wall and the parking lot. When I asked why, the counter guy said it's because I booked with a 3rd party and he wouldn't do anything about it. I checked in just barely after the 3PM checkin times too. They unilaterally kicked me out of the room I paid for because I used Expedia. I'm even a hilton honors member, but they didn't care. On top of that, our room was missing a remote for 1 tv and the sofa bed had snot rags and dirty sheets. The same couter guy said not to worry about it... For what we paid, I expected better.
