THE FILLMORE in Tahoe Park is a great cabin walking distance to Lake Tahoe! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is approximately 2.5 miles from Tahoe City and has a large fenced-in deck area for entertaining, patio furniture, outside table with umbrella, gas BBQ, washer, dryer, television with cable, WIFI, and of course, access to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach, which is walking distance from the cabin!

The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare the most delicious meals. The dining room table is comfy and there's 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter if you need a little more room. There are essentials such as a microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc, however, there is no dishwasher. The living room has a fire burning wood stove to keep you warm and toasty on those cold winter nights! There's also a hot tub out back to relax those sore muscles after a long day in Tahoe.

As you enter this home, the first level consists of the living room, kitchen, full bathroom with shower stall and first bedroom with a king size bed; upstairs has 2 more bedrooms: one with 1 queen size bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a full bathroom that offers a tub/shower, so you can take a bath if preferred.

As you enjoy The Fillmore Cabin, go back in time as you look at numerous posters from the Fillmore in San Francisco!

Dining out? Walk to infamous Firesign Cafe that serves breakfast and lunch, Sunnyside Restaurant that offers lunch and dinner, Spoon Restaurant that offers homemade dinners or even the West Shore Market that has anything else you might need without having to make a trip into town. They also make a good scone to enjoy with your morning coffee!

The Fillmore Cabin is within a short drive to world class ski destinations - Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe. Come visit Tahoe and stay in our wonderful cabin, we would love to host your stay!

Parking for up to 2 cars during the winter months.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.

Quiet and comfortable

This is a really nice cabin. Lots to love, just a couple of observations for the owners (we own a rental property, too, so I know the feedback is always valuable): We had one afternoon that was rainy and dreary. I brought along a new book, but there was nowhere with a good reading light. Also, there is no dishwasher. No problem, I don't mind washing the few dishes we used, but there was also no drain stopper that I could find for the kitchen sink. Otherwise, an absolutely delightful place.

Perfect amount of space

The location of the house was great. The walkable distance to the lake was perfect and surprisingly all the beds were big. Nice quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible.

Clean, comfy, nice location

This is a great house for family or friends get together. The house is well equipped for cooking and was very clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Tahoe July Stay

Our family has rented a home in Tahoe for the past 3 years. This home was the most upgraded property. Everything was modern and clean. The upstairs bedrooms were warm due to the warmer weather in Tahoe. The kitchen was well stocked and the beautiful deck and hot tub were an added plus to this property. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was great!

Overall the property was beautiful! My family and I loved it. However, we are from Texas and although it was stated on the description there was "Air Conditioning" we learned upon arrival there was not (we lucked out because it was in the 60s - but if we waited 1 more week it would have been in the 90s. Next we had maintenance guy come fix a light (not a big deal) but, so an insurance guy come take photos of the place while my mom was I the hot tub (which made her uncomfortable), also construction on the home behind us that started at 7am most mornings (I'm not sure if the owners of Fillmore had control over this) woke us up, also there was a pile of dirt delivered at 7:30am another morning which woke us up to move our vehicles. Being we were on vacation early morning were not on our schedule. We stayed 5 days and were awoken most morning by something. The upstairs was hot as well despite 2 fans blowing on us steadily. Although, I do want to mention the location is spectacular, the trees are georgous, and the private beach was great! I fell asleep on the pourch it was so peaceful. Despite us personally having daily hiccups the place is great, just don't plan a date in the summer for the Fillmore or you might be hot! Thanks!!

Love the Fillmore

The Fillmore is such a great place to stay that is centrally located close to all the hot spots in West Shore. The house is within walking distance to some of our favorite spots, Sunnyside, Firesign Cafe and West Shore Market. Being able to walk to the beach in 10 minutes makes this place so desirable for us to stay again for future trips. Highly recommend The Fillmore and can't wait to stay again.

Nice Tahoe break

Everything was great. Nice A Frame house. The only thing to improve is the wood stove which was really hard to light - might need to clean it. It is a compact house, but the space is well used. The house cleanup instructions are very specific, so might not be great for some.
