"Very nice hotel convenient to Carnival cruise facility"

"This was my first experience at this facility and it was very pleasant although a little pricey. The only complaint is have is the nonchalant demeanor that was given when I call over 10 times to notify the hotel of my flight cancellation and next day arrival.
After calling repeatedly and waiting on hold over 25 min each time, I was finally able to speak with someone who didn’t seem too interested in my dilemma and then placed me back in to a loop of being transferred and waiting to extended periods of time. Also once at the resort, there were a lot of small children. Maybe one day it would be separated into sections and there could be an adult only side.
Other than this issue, I loved my experience and the staff and I look forward to visiting again soon. "
