The hotel is extremely old. It can’t even be properly cleaned any more. The air filter is black, all the air vents are covered in layers of dust. There’s mold in all the wet areas. This can literally be a health hazard to some people. Front desk staff is not nice or friendly. They act like guests are inconveniencing them with questions. They barely talk to you or look at you. It’s trashy. The only nice staff are valley guys, bell hops, and house keepers.

I picked this resort because of kids club and pools. I was traveling with my 5 y.o. son who is very social and loves to play with kids. They had kids club available on weekends only and when we came to the room there was bad smell, tiny room with no windows, no kids, depressing… Of course we never used it. That was the first disappointment. No lifeguard at the pool, service overall is not good. They do bare minimum and not friendly. Housekeeping in the rooms is terrible. We had to ask to clean, ask for towels, ask for robes, coffee. Everything is a problem. The outside territory is good, I wish the service was as good. Valet guys and beach restaurant stuff were great.

Wanted to stay due to the pools. Got a message two days before our stay that pool was down and would be back up by the day we arrived. Then they kept posting a sign that would say the next morning and never was. Hot tubs were all down as well. Looks like they covered up the hot tubs with a grassy area but no mention those were closed. Not what we expected when looking at the property online.

Beautiful hotel. Everyone was amazing!! Valet parking was not my favorite due to the price but even that was really nice!! They’d get my car ready fast and have it at the front ready to open the doors for us.

The Hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. My biggest complaint is around the pool area. There is a lot of trash from drinks, and meals that needed to be cleaned up. Some of the trash would remain for a couple of days. The staff would walk by and never collect the trash. Also I was very disappointed the fountains around the pool all had stagnant water and were not running. Overall the hotel was a nice stay, my family and I still had a wonderful time.

To be clear, the service was tops, absolute tops. Impeccable. 30th floor room gets some great views. I cant remember the last time every staff member was fantastic, but it sure counts, i would give it 10 stars if i could. Beach access was great, the pools were awesome, hot tubs too. I loved the hotel and staff is amazing. Breakfast and lunch are delicious. The only thing I would say is that the dinner menu is slightly expensive for what you get. Order Uber eats to save some money.

The property was in good condition, nice access to the beach with beach lounge and towels. Nice staff.I just wish parking was included within all the fees.

hey .. i would like to thanks the people there is so friendly and so nice ... the only complain about the chairs on the balcony its not comfortable at all and this bothering me .. and this important things to get relax and see the view and i feel my legs and my back it hurt from that chair's there ..i hope you guys change it to something more comfortable..this is important

Truthfully, and I hate to even say this but the experience was terrible. I have so many complaints about this place. First and foremost the pictures, ads , are very very deceiving. The rooms are outdated, the pools are extremely dirty and not being properly cleaned, and they lack entertainment at this establishment. Two large pools, no music can be heard on either of them. I’ve been to far less expensive hotels and was very pleased. Trump international has truly dropped the ball at this place. Myself and my wife are very unhappy. There was no entertainment for our child either besides the large pools. At other hotels they have kids programs going on all day long poolside with chaperones.. the place needs a major upgrade and fast. I will never stay at this place again.

I loved the location of this hotel . You just cross the street and there is a plaza with so many restaurants and grocery stores.We stayed there for 4 nights and we dined in 4 different places for dinner. For breakfast we had the option of getting a deal thru expedia for breakfast buffet and it was worth every penny, they had wide variety of food from egg station, salmon to pastries. The rooms to honest need to deep cleaned, our room was clean like the beds and the bathroom but you can see alot of dust here and there around the corners but in general I loved this place especially the beach its so clean and safe and we spent most of the time there ,but i would suggest the pools and the beach need to have lifeguard .
