We arrived after 1 am in the morning because of a cancelled flight and were greeted like it was normal business hours. Very helpful and efficient staff got us to our room and settled for the night. Breakfast is not free but a good selection. We'll stay there again anytime we are in Miami and recommend it to other people on our cruise ship.
