Expectations vs. reality. This property looks nice on the pictures, but in reality its not what would you expect. Before the arrival, we got a message that hotel shuttle will be available in airport, but no shuttle was available even after 30 minutes. We’ve seen same shuttles from different hotels coming 2nd, even 3rd time. So we eventually requested an Uber. Upon arrival we noticed that shuttle bus was on the parking. The main entrance was blocked, and they were not allowing cars driving to the main entrance so you have to walk to the main entrance. This wasn’t mentioned during the booking. The hotel from outside look very old. The room wasn’t well maintained so everything looks old and at some placed quite dirty (don’t check the windows. It looks like they wasn’t cleaned for ages). Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel.

We were staying there one night before we traveled down to key west. The room was disgusting! Carpet, counters, bathroom were filthy. After we left we had bug bites all over our ankles and legs. I spent an entire day of our vacation cleaning out our luggage to make sure everything was clean and not bringing bugs with us on our trip.
