"Great property ! Close to slopes , banner elk , Boone , and the blue ridge parkway. Great hikes , waterfalls , and amusements are all close by. Easy instructions for the running of the house and exiting as well . All around great experience. Would rent again in a heartbeat."

"Super happy with this lodging for price, location and amenities. We brought groceries and didn’t even start our vehicle for the 4 nights we stayed here. The ski resort is a 6-7 minute walk. The pool, hot tub and gym kept us from getting “cabin fever” on the bad weather day. Family games and movies kept us occupied while hanging out in this unit. The sliding glass door does not lock and the blow up mattress has a slow leak. But Mike, the owner, is super accessible and I’m sure he will have these issues resolved quickly. I’m going to go ahead and book again for next year!"

"Great space for a long weekend. There were 8 women in our group. Plenty of room for watching movies and playing games. The restaurants we wanted to go to were very convenient to the house. The one issue when the breaker tripped was quickly resolved with a quick call to find the location of the breaker box. Would definitely rent again. "

"The views from the condo balcony are amazing. This was our first time skiing and snowboarding, and we were pleased with the closeness of the condo to the ski resort and to Banner Elk and its restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub were a welcome feature after the daytime activities. "

"View from porch is spectacular. Living room is spacious and fireplace is warm and cozy. Both were great places to enjoy the complimentary Keurig coffee. Being 6 foot two I especially appreciated the shower head that I could stand under. We had a great stay"
