![This picture was taken on the New River while I was out learning to fly fish with my father. The one thing that I really take away from this picture is how peaceful it is. I think that this represents the Appalachia region because for the most part this river has always been here. At one point it was someones way of catching food for their family, or a way for them to travel to different places down the river. But, today it was the river that let me enjoy time with my father without the distractions of technology or the busy world around us. « We really loved this property! The cabin was exactly what we were looking for — quiet, secluded, and super cozy. All of the amenities listed were provided, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the little touches like games (hello, mancala!) that made it feel even more homey.That said, just a heads-up for future guests: the cabin is located on a very steep hill that wasn’t fully detailed in the listing. We’re able-bodied and still found the trek up and down to be...
