You’re just minutes from West Jefferson, Boone, Blowing Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, with endless trails, local charm, and activities to explore. ⸻ The Space: Cozy, Clean, and Thoughtfully Updated Originally built in the 1970s by Ennis Scott Pennell (the great-grandmother of the current owners), this home was designed to bring family back to the land.
