I remember when this hotel was built. I lived here as a kid. And we thought the shape of the building was awesome! Now it could use a few updates and maybe safety bats in the shower walls. Great continental breakfast!seems it could use some

There was a bed bug in my room and also saw a cockroach run being the bathroom mirror. This was number 100. It just was surprisingly bad. Staff was nice though.

Property was ok, not terrible and not great. The large atrium area is interesting. Seems like a waste of space. Carpet in our room was ripped in several spots. Walls are thin as we could hear our neighbors and people in the hallway easily. Elevator floor was dirty. Overall not impressed but the rate was better than other places I checked and it served our purpose for two nights.

The smell of weed was so strong in the hallway that my head was spinning and i could barley manage to get my key card out and unlock the door. One of the rooms smelled like dog pee so strong it was extremely noticeable all down the hall OVER the weed. The breakfast was very limited but was decent.

The hallways and room smelled horrible. Keys didn’t work most of the time. Side doors to the property were left propped open by rocks and other doors were not locked.

This is a great place to stay, the rooms were clean spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location restaurants nearby would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast SUCKED!!! Sausage was so greasy it was not edible!! Biscuits so hard you could have played hockey with them, The staff as alwasys was super friendly, rooms were nice and clean, over the hotel was very nice. I will stay there again, I will just go to Braums for breakfast!

The staff is kinda rude. Not all of them but the chick that works the desk during the day. I absolutely LOVED the night clerk she was great. The hotel is a great place to stay I booked for 2 days and paid 120 breakfast is hot and good but when I went to extend my stay I was told it was 170 for 1 night. The guy who I spoke with again was rude. I will definitely stay here again

Disappointing to find out that the pool and hot tub were closed. This was a primary reason for booking the room. Mattress was a bit caved in in the middle causing you to roll to the middle. Breakfast was basic. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Desk not staffed No one there when we arrived nor when we left. Buffet did not appear so we passed in it. No chair in the room. Bathroom was a joke. Whoever designed never used. One slow elevator for entire hotel. Will not be on our list for a future visit
