Nice spot in good location
The property is very nicely decorated and kept clean. We spent most of our time bouncing between the St Pete Beach area and Fort Desoto, so this location worked out perfectly. We really didn't venture around the pool or grounds very much, but from what we could see when driving in and out it looked to be well taken-care of. A couple of issues that kept the rating from being higher: there was a constant beeping alarm coming from a utility closet just outside the unit. Multiple attempts to reach out to management resulted in the alarm being silenced, only to have it go off again within a few hours. I looked up what the sign on the door of the closet meant; FACP=fire alarm control panel. Not exactly a warm and fuzzy feeling to know that there was some kind of alarm related to the fire system going off and no one seemed interested in addressing it. Also, we were instructed to set the a/c no lower than 73 degrees, which resulted in uncomfortably-warm conditions in the unit. It would have been nice to cool off after a day at the beach. We were told the high limit was to prevent the a/c unit from freezing; perhaps it's time to invest in a more capable unit for those Florida summers. Lastly, the complex doesn't want you backing into parking spaces. We received a lot of info about parking prior to arrival, but this was left out. It only resulted in a nasty-gram stuck to our truck window, but they made it sound as though they would boot and/or tow, so make sure you pull in.

Whole process was smooth and informative. VRBO make a point of using electronics efficiently. We were therefore disappointed that our email reporting a lack of hot water and blocked vanity basin drain did not get a response for a week! As an overseas visitor with restrictive and costly mobile phone tariffs we would always try email first. Because the issues were major we did try telephoning as we had not got a response to the email. The line was busy and we had to hold on for a considerable time before we could speak to someone. The responder was efficient and so was the maintenance man who came promptly and resolved the problems, We are not looking forward to our phone bill! (The condo did not have a landline phone.

Beautiful location
We loved the location. The condo was clean and well cared for. The pool was great. A couple of small glitches that could be attended to for future guests: 1) the coffee pot didn't work, 2) the master bathtub fixture needs attention, and 3) we had to visit the property management company twice in order to get the parking sticker required.

The Perfect Place!
This was the perfect VRBO stay! Perfectly located condo on 1st floor with front row parking! Publix, Walgreens, and all kinds of restaurants very close. Jeff and Gina were the perfect hosts supplying everything you could think of: cooler, hangers, beach towels and toys, coffee, snacks, wine, nail file, q-tips, full clean kitchen dishes, laundry detergent, etc. Beds were very comfortable and the place clean throughout! Very cute decor and the welcoming book has all kinds of recommendations for eating, shopping, site seeing, etc. We will definitely be back!

Amazing condo but some issues......
We arrived in Florida late Sunday after driving 17plus hours thru the night. We awakened Monday at 7:30am with pounding, sanding noises. The condo was being power washed, repaired and painted. I got coffee, sat on patio and was asked to move by the company doing the repairs as they were pressure washing. Sigh. All the furniture/decor was moved onto the lawn. Next a giant crane was parked (on and off for the week) in front of our condo obstructing the view. I head off walking to get the parking pass around noon at the mgmt company about a 15-20 min walk away. When I arrive I was greeted with a rather rude employee "we are closed for lunch, what do you need". I explained I needed a parking pass. She reluctantly let me in and continued being harsh and rude. They were unable to locate paperwork and asked me to call the booking co as they did not have paperwork. I called that mgmt-never heard back and texted-never received info on the pass. I put a peace of paper in my dash with condo number and cell. I was not wasting more of my vacation dealing with rude people who were not doing their job. My daughters were questioned by a resident the first day asking if they had their beach tags. Apparently there are green tags you need to have with you to be on the beach or the pool. Security was sent, the girls had to get the passes and all was fine from there. Having said all this, this criticism is for the management company which is awful. The communication is lacking and they do not send in required pw. They did give me a very small refund for our issues with the blocked view/construction. Now for the good. This condo is exceptionally clean, beautiful and well located. We saw a shark circling, dolphins swimming in the area daily, pelicans, osprey, crab etc. We did not swim but may have if it was warmer. It's more suitable for littles that won't go out far or good swimmers as it drops off fast. The beach is lovely but small, not crowded. The pool area is very clean. Clientele is mostly older retired people. It's a quiet complex (except for current construction/maintenance). I'm a triathlete so brought my bike and biked or ran to the area a lot. AWESOME condo, need better management.

Just a few steps to a beautiful, white sandy beach
We stayed at this condo from Feb. 26-March 5, 2022. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for preparing meals. The beach is so nice with lounge chairs and tiki umbrellas for when you get too hot. The pool is also nice and well maintained. The management company is the worst we have ever worked with and we rent from VRBO all of the time. We were told in our directions that we needed to go to another area to pick up our parking pass when we arrived on Sat. We went Sat. first thing. First off it was hard to find then it was closed. We found out by reading on the door that they are closed on Sat and Sun. That would have been nice to know ahead of time rather than wasting our time Sat. When I called the number given to us for the management company, the person knew nothing about the parking passes and what we needed to do since we did not have a pass. We went back to the place with the parking passes on Monday and they did not have a pass for us because the owner of the condo had not sent them the paperwork nor the fee for the pass. So they told us they would call us when we needed to go back. So more wasted time for us on our vacation. Finally later in the afternoon they had our pass. Then we went looking for the two bikes that were suppose to come with the condo. They were not where they were suppose to be so another phone call. They did not know anything about the bikes either but said they would get back to me. When they did text me back they asked me to go looking for the bikes. Now how was I suppose to go looking for them when I did not know what they looked like? The bikes were never found. So all in all, this is a wonderful location on the beach and a beautiful condo, but an awful, unorganized management company that was very frustrating to deal with.
