Come visit beautiful historic St. Augustine, Florida!
Stay in a 2 bedroom apt., 2 blocks from the beach (only 0.2 miles!)
The master has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd. room has two twins. Great for families!
For added sleeping space, there is a comfy sleeper sofa in the living-room. The apartment sleeps 6 in total. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Livingroom area with tv.

The space
Situated in quiet Vilano Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this perfect location is a short walk to the beach (0.2 miles) and a five-minute drive to down-town St. Augustine. This newly re-modeled apartment has all brand-new furnishings and features everything you will need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Water-front restaurants are just a short drive up Coastal Hwy A1A. Enjoy a walk to Beaches of Vilano Restaurant, via the nature-walk through the estuary, or a day of fishing on the Vilano Pier. Take the Waxi (water taxi) into down-town St. Augustine, or just for a ride around the bay-front. Spend a quiet day at the beach, and enjoy a picnic lunch at the Surfside Pavillion, also within five minutes walking distance.

The interior of the property was very nice. Loved the kitchen. However, the exterior was a mess and unfinished looking. Also, could hear the neighbor upstairs, very loudly, and the dog too. It felt invasive as we were going for quiet privacy.

We stayed here for our weekend fishing trip. Great location near Vilano and a short drive to restaurants, boat ramp and downtown st Aug. clean interior and simple check in made this a breeze for our trip.

Wonderful beach weekend trip. Perfect for 2 people. Very clean!! Very close to beach but had to cross A1A and that was a nightmare bc the traffic was heavy and no one would stop to let us cross. Beach was beautiful, clean and not crowded at all. Woukd have been nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs but they were not available at property - although I’m pretty sure beach chairs were listed ?? The “patio” setting was a bit misleading. It was a table and two chairs under a garage and no privacy. But overall- we would stay here again! The good outweighed the bad points especially for the price. Safe are and friendly host. And above all was clean and very comfortable.

Loved how close the beach was. Just a 5 minute walk with the beach wagon loaded and we were in the sand. Clay was great. Very accommodating and informative.

The property was very clean and as described. Communication was excellent. Loved the vilano Beach location that was cute and quiet but easy to get to St. Augustine activities. Would gladly book again if in the area!

Perfect Beach Vacation!
This was the perfect place to stay for spring break. The location was great; the beach was so close that it wasn't even a bother going back and forth throughout the day with our stuff, downtown was easy to get to, and publix was just down the street. The place itself was very cute and the kitchen/living room was actually bigger than it appears in the listed pictures! Clay was an excellent host, he gave us lots of recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. My group had an amazing time!

A fun and soggy St. Augustine
Even though the weather was rainy and cool we had a great time in St. Augustine in mid-February. Clay was fantastic and the accommodations were perfect. The location was great for food, fun and the historic/old town. We hope to be back soon!
