"This property checked off the boxes for a wonderful generational trip for the girls. It was clean, beach access was so private, and the deck furniture worked well for our needs. Baby gate was helpful. All equipment was working and the air conditioning unit was very good and kept us cool on the warmer days. Location was great! The pier was a close walk and instacart delivers to the address so no leaving for groceries!"

"This house was great. We had an amazing time. No complaints at all. It was walking distance to all the fun places. It was equipped with everything you need and the pool was an added plus. Cant say enough good things about it. The owner was also great to work with. We loved it!"

"Great location and nice accommodations. Very enjoyable trip. Located right by Duvall Loop free trolly so no reason to pay for the old Town Trolly. Only negative is I don’t like having to wash dishes and put away, having to strip beds and do their laundry. This is my vacation so I could do these things at home. Manager helped 2 old people with our luggage because we thought the elevator was out of order. He even took it up the stairs to our bedroom. So nice and helpful!"

"The stay was excellent, a beautiful home with lovely touches to make you feel comfortable. Overall I gave the highest rating, but the TV didn’t work. The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!"

"This was overall a great property . It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was central to everything we needed. We had a lot of friends staying in the area and the house got very warm when there were more than 6 people in it. Even set at 70 we had the house get up to 77 degrees when people stopped by. "House was just as described. It was in the perfect location with supermarket and restaurants nearby. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from the jetty and my daughter enjoyed sunning by the pool. We also enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon and the beach. We're so happy we found this treasure.
