Nassau Suite just steps to Duval Tropical oasis quiet location Downtown

Nassau Suite is a bi-level suite with a very spacious bedroom upstairs a king bed, TV, writing desk w/outlet for computer and chair, in-room safe, iron & ironing board complete with Bahama ceiling fan, A/C and colorful Caribbean artwork. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower.

Downstairs in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat with A/C and ceiling fans. CATV, DVD, stereo with CD player makes the entertainment center so comfortable you might not want to do the "Duval Crawl", which is 1/2 a block away

All the amenities of a luxury property are included: A fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to cook, prepare, and serve a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers from our incredible restaurants located in the surrounding area. There are 2 gas BBQ grills, coin-op washer/dryers and on-street parking.

Sit on your covered porch with swing overlooking the lush gardens which is perfect for a romantic evening or a great place just to mingle with other Key West visitors.

One half block from the famous Duval St, just a short walk to the infamous night-life or several blocks away is the free South Beach with ocean swimming and restaurant. If you prefer a pool, just a short bike ride away is Dante’s Pool & Raw Bar. Located on the Historic Seaport at Conch Harbor. Open to the public (children and pets welcome) with a full bar and grill.

Amenities: CATV, A/C, clock radio, CD player, full bath (all linens & beach towels, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and toaster.

Pets: Small pets are accepted in the Nassau Suite (under 30lbs - $20 per night per pet).

Complex has a small shared pool. ON STREET PARKING ONLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVED

Well appointed and amazingly serene and cool outdoor areas while still being only a 20 minute walk from everywhere in Key West. Parking is the only issue but it is manageable and you don't need the car anyway.

Location, location, location! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot during our stay for the recent Songwriters Festival. Just steps from Duval Street, this property puts you within easy walking distance of fantastic coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and everything you need—no car required! The gated property provided a great sense of security, and the home itself was charming and well-equipped. A spacious shared courtyard, complete with tables, chairs, and loungers, made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. While the pool is quite small—perfect for cooling off rather than swimming—it was still a nice touch. One thing to note: the bedroom is located upstairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful stay in a prime location!

Great Place and Location is PERFECT

We had a really great time in Key West and much of it was due to the accommodations, as it was clean, offered every amenity and then some but most importantly was the location! The Courtyard was serene and quiet, and you didn't feel like you were just steps away from the activity of Duval Street and could just about walk to everything! We were REALLY happy we stayed here!!

Cute and Convenient

The unit was clean and check-in was easy. It is in a beautiful secluded courtyard with other units, one block off of Duvall St. King bed was comfy, pull out was as expected for a pull out. Great for adults, would not recommend small kids. Parking does not exist, so don't expect it. Would stay there again.

The VRBO Insurance is a waste of money!

Did not get to stay as we had an ice dam at our property in Pa that broke through roof and leaked into our kitchen. Had insurance and they denied it! I guess you have to die or be hospitalized to get your money back. I’m done with VRBO! Luckily all the times I reserved places on VRBO, nothing happened for us to cancel! Had we left Pennsylvania and we returned in April (we are snowbirds) we would have returned to a ceiling laying on our warped hardwood floors!So, there wasn’t a stay to review!

We are a family of 4, kids were comfortable on fold out couch, bedroom upstairs had plenty of room! Bathroom was adequate size! The courtyard & pool were great after the beach! We enjoyed our stay, the little duplex area was comfortable & within walking distance to everything!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable house

We stayed in the Nassau suite for a short trip to Key West. It's location is excellent as it is within walking distance of many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The actual VRBO was nice as well, it had a nice full kitchen and AC and fans worked well to keep the humidity and heat down (though we went in December so likely the cooler portion of the year). Bathroom was renovated and overall the house was comfortable. Management staff were able to accommodate our request for a later check out which was very generous as our flights were delayed and we did not want to wait at the small local airport for longer than we had to. I also locked myself out of the house once and the management staff was able to remotely unlock the front door for me. We did not do much cooking but if I could make one suggestion to the management staff, replacing the cooking utensils with silicone utensils (rather than plastic) would be much better for the cookware and just for food safety. I would also recommend replacing some of the cookware as much of it was old non-stick that was very scratched up. Stainless steel or just new non-stick would have been great! Regarding the bathroom, I would also recommend adding something in the actual shower (e.g. a stick on shelf or something that hangs from the shower head) that can help guests place their shampoo/soap. We ended up having to keep the shampoo and soap on the sink outside the shower and open the shower doors every time during showering then.
