Waterfront - Private Lagoon - in Park on the Ocean side -beach, pool

  • En bord de mer, au bord d’une lagune privée d’eau salée soumise aux marées. Vous pourrez y pratiquer la plongée avec tuba en toute sécurité, car la lagune regorge de poissons tropicaux et de homards – pas de raies, pas de requins, pas de méduses, pas de crocodiles ni d’alligators ! La lagune atteint une profondeur de 40 pieds et servait autrefois de site d’entraînement aux Navy Seals au début des années 1960 ! avant d’être aménagée en résidence en copropriété et en port de plaisance.
    Deux piscines sur la propriété. Une jetée s’avance vers la mer du côté de l’Atlantique, d’où vous pourrez admirer les levers et les couchers de soleil. Vous pouvez pêcher depuis la jetée. Des places d’amarrage sont également disponibles auprès du capitaine du port au Kawama Yacht Club.
    Appartement récemment rénové, situé entre une partie du John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park et un lagon privé, à deux pas d’excellents restaurants et d’activités variées.

Very nice place, very clean, a little tight for 5 people but a perfect area to view the Keys from. Two nice pools and the lagoon for viewing fish and kayaks. Highly recommended. Enjoyed our week stay. Bad timing for beaches due to sea grass and bacteria issues.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as expected. We had a little delay at check-in, but host fixed the issue within minutes. Only mention because his quick response shows how responsive he was when we had an issue. However, that was the ONLY issue because everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo with the best location on the lagoon, right by the observation deck and stairs to go in the water. The condo comes with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, kayaks and snorkeling items. The bicycles were great and we use them a lot. Very quiet community with security 24h. The lagoon was great for swimming and snorkeling. We had a great time there. We also met the owner Daniel, he came by to say hi, really nice person.

The host responded quickly and appropriately when we called for more towels and again when I accidentally turned off the hot water heater. He is very nice and knows this house inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay herr!

Loved having the lagoon right outside the back door. Water was clear and stocked with lots of really cool fish. The place had been updated from the pictures online and it was very clean. The host, Daniel, was great. Really fast at responding. We had one issue with the grill but he had it fixed in less than 24 hours! Thanks so much for making our first trip to the Keys such a great experience!

What a lovely place to stay in the keys.Our family loved the canoes and the pools. Beds were really comfortable. Thank you for having us. We would absolutely stay again if visiting key largo.
