My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It is exactly as pictured and in great shape! The view is spectacular and the location is wonderful. The resort had many options for us to enjoy including pools, hot tub, pickle ball and a game room. It was easy to get to and there was lots to do in the area. The owner was easy to work with. Excellent views from the balcony. Gated community with two swimming pools, gym, & game room. Well-stocked kitchen so all the utensils needed to prepare meals. A nearby supermarket provides all you need to never leave the community if you so desire. Otherwise, good restaurants within several-mile drive. Master bathroom excellent. Checking in at the gate was seamless and parking was easy and accessible. We appreciated the elevator for access to the third floor. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The condo was very quiet, and the property overall was quiet and family friendly. We loved the balcony and spent many hours photographing the Ospreys on the nest atop the structure at the end of the boardwalk. The view of the night sky was amazing- and the large area of dark sky was perfect for stargazing and astrophotography as well. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The only thing that could have been a little better was that it appears to need a good "deep cleaning." The cupboards handles and doors are sticky and greasy. The area around the refrigerator is full of dust and the light over the dining room table has insects in it... The floor was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the bedding was all clean and fresh. I still would highly recommend the property for the location, the proximity to a lot of great attractions and dining, and the bird watching along with star gazing! ##### Denise R.
