The iconic William Skelton Home in downtown Key West offers an ideal retreat for your group of 16 guests. The six bedroom Victorian mansion features multiple spacious living areas, a private backyard with a swimming pool, and a newly renovated chef's kitchen.

On the first floor you will find a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed in the back of the home facing the backyard. On the second floor is the kitchen, dining room, another spacious living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Don't miss the unforgettable front porch and back deck with comfortable seating. The third floor is reserved for the luxurious master suite - a king bedroom with a seating area and beautiful private bathroom.

The best of Key West is steps away with this home's incredible central location on Eaton and Duval Street. The William Skelton Home may be reserved for 1+ nights throughout the year, either as the entire 6 bedroom home, or the upstairs portion with 3 bedrooms.

Beautifully restored historic home in the historic district of Key West. plenty of room for the whole family with a beautiful private backyard and swimming pool. The kitchen is updated with all modern appliances making it easy to prepare meals for the family. we found the owners to be extremely responsive whenever we had questions. Great place for group stays!

I hosted a reading retreat for my book club of 16 women at the William Skelton Home. It was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and read, plenty of seating for us to spend time together, and a short walk to Duval Street! We really enjoyed the serenity of the private pool too!

The property was very clean. The house felt beautifully rustic and historic. It was only one block from Duval and just steps away from almost all the action. Snugged between two bed and breakfasts, it is an amazing place for a large group for family to stay.
