Key West Getaway

House was nice. Kitchen a little outdated. A/C in upstairs 2 bedrooms didn't work very well - had to use fans. Bath towels all had a musty smell, had to rewash all towels before we could use.

Comfortable and Family Friendly

This home was perfect for our stay. The beds were all comfortable and it is great to be right by the pool. We grilled a few of our meals and made good use of the kitchen. It is missing a few kitchen basics for a family cooking all their meals. But fir the most part it had everything we needed. The showers were all great as well. So nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (teens and parents) to all have our own space.

Key West Get Away

Clean, quiet (except for the junglefowl crowing!), proximity to downtown Key West was manageable even on a spring break week. The pool was well maintained and open til 10p. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and towels in the unit. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking supplies but it was adequate for us. PS/FYI - the replace filter light on the fridge was on all week.

Perfect for our family Christmas

Well laid out and in a very pleasant compound. It is about 4 miles from the Old Town area in Key West where all the restaurants and shops are. There is a wonderful small botanical garden and a golf course nearby.

2023 Lobster Mini-Season

This was my first stay in this unit but not my first time in Coral Hammock. This one is my favorite. It has great pool access and enough privacy to not feel like you are on top of your neighbor. We will be back next year for sure!

Great place to stay in Key West

I was originally looking for a place that was on Key West but this properties location was just as good. It was just about 45 minute drive over the bridge to get to Key West… About 20 minutes total to downtown. There was a washer and dryer in the unit in the washing machine made a really loud, whining noise. The dishwasher also wouldn’t work right and it was missing two of the wheels on the bottom drawer. The property management staff was courteous and responsive, but they did forget to give us the gate code before we checked in. Luckily, a resident arrived behind us and open the gate for us. Other than that, the place was impeccable. It was great to be so close to the community pool so we could cool off after a day out on the water.

this place was AWESOME. great location to everything. whether you are headed into KW for some activitiy and the beach or staying on Stock Island.....everything is just about 2 miles away. home was perfect. great location to pool and the fact that it was heated was even better since we were coming from snow! will definitely be back!

Julia Loved the place we would love to return at a later date. Here are a few items that I encountered upon arrival as I am sure no one else lets you know what is going on~ Garbage disposal bound up (sink plugged upon arrival) I was able to free the disposal and clear the drain ~ flows well now Washing machine needs new gasket on it as it leaks at times and has Black Mold stains on it. I scrubbed it the best that I could, but the door gasket needs to be replaced Full equipped kitchen as advertised is short of what is needed Spare bedroom upstairs shower curtain has mold on it Some light sockets have only one plug working Master bedroom fan light does not work French doors (Patio) venetian blinds have molding around top on the right side missing and the left side partially broken Linen closet on first floor has a piece of wood setting on the shelf that was broken from something. Lounge chair on second floor balcony has a bolt on the back rest that is not long enough and when you move while laying on it comes apart This is not picking it apart but informing you of the few issues we encountered in case no one else lets you know We will be back for sure next year Thanks Bill and Irene Vershon
