Thinking about spending the day on the lake? We are located within 15 minutes from two marinas and also have a boat ramp within our neighborhood available for your use, incase you want to bring your boat or jet skis!

The Cottage is perfect for couples or families looking to get away for a long weekend or week! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee as the sunrises over the trees. Spend your evenings relaxing on the back deck with views of the hilltop and nothing but peace and quiet in the background.

Mid-October stay

The inside of the home is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. Furnishings and linens made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable… We had a great time and visited Nashville one day, Franklin another day and stayed local in the Smithville/Baxter area as well. Beautiful home.
