"The room was very hot. The weather was very good but even with the air conditioning turned to as low as possible, it was still too hot Buffet breakfast was good albeit a little busy and chaotic at times. "

There were only two working elevators and there would be a ridiculously long line every time I wanted to go to my room. Then, of course, the elevators would be full when they were gong down . "We really liked the hotel and how convenient it was to all of London’s major attractions! It is located above Charring Cross station and really close to Embankment station. It was so easy to walk or get the tube anywhere you wanted to go! The staff was terrific and the room was lovely and nice and quiet! Will be back again when in London!"
