"Steve is wonderful. We stayed 2 nights in Paris and it was great. I will say the apartment was very far from “city center” but it didn’t matter. The neighborhood is locals, I did not see any tourists. Communicating with Steve was also very very easy. He made the check in/out process great. "Check in and out was easy. Our apartment was a 2-3 minute walk to metro, grocery, restaurants. Bakery was across the street. Host was very helpful with allowing us to check in early. Beds were comfortable and bedroom was large. Host helped us with getting cab for 4 a.m. pickup. Neighborhood was fairly quiet considering it is in the city."

"Nice property, quiet neighborhood, close to RER C line, markets, shops, a few restaurants, etc. Likely good for short stays, comfortable. Could use more robust a/c, just a portable unit, but with the fans it can be spread around. Maybe the best fold out bed ever, so that is a plus as well. "Phillipe was super communicative and help as host. The apartment was as described set in a very ornate art nouveau building. Stairs to 5th floor difficult with large suitcases and bar below can be a bit noisy. Surrounding shops for food are great and plenty of nice cafes nearby. We would stay again with our 10 year old."

"There are so many options when trying to find a place in Paris! this is a great neighborhood and very close to the metro. There are several bars and restaurants close and of course bakeries for your morning yummies. The apartment is immaculate, and they have thought of everything we needed. Building is quite secure. "This place is perfect if you’re looking for something cheap just to spend the night and not spend much time in. The place is very close to Mairie d’Aubervilliers station on the Metro, which is 20-40 minutes away from most Paris sights. "This ground level flat was perfect for our stay. Three bedrooms gave us all privacy and the two showers and 2 toilets were a plus! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was a winner! The neighborhood was great and being in the impassse got away from the street noise and traffic. We felt safe the whole trip. I would not recommend for 8 people as it is promoted. We would definetely stay there again! "
