Would not recommend
Checking in started off bad when the front door wouldn’t open. When we contacted the host he told us to just play around with it and that the door worked well. After about 20 minutes of trying the neighbor got annoyed and came out to help us.
The apartment itself was ok. It didn’t feel completely clean to us. There was a lot of dust and it seemed like it had quickly been wiped down, but not truly clean. There were stains on the rug and on the couch. The shower had mold along the door as well.
We were informed that check in and check out instructions would be provided to us the day before, but every time we had to reach out to the host. In addition, instructions for WiFi weren’t super clear and when we contacted the host for help he seemed annoyed and a gave us a little attitude. Not sure if it was just a language barrier however.
Something important to note is that there were no washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the bathroom. There was a small thing of hand soap that was almost empty and seemed like it might have been shampoo. In the kitchen there was no hand soap, only dish soap so washing hands really dried them out.
There also was no bath mat so the bathroom got slippery and one of the towels we got had a hole in it.
To conclude, this place was expensive and the customer service and apartment we got was not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
