Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests."

"We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. "Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view."

Large police presence street drugs etc. No reflection on the property or owner. Easy access to all of Paris by Metro and trian. Watch out for pick pockets!! Got hit on twice."

"This was the perfect spot for a week in Paris for me and my granddaughter. We were able to walk to all sites visited except Montmartre, and the trip by train to Versailles was easily made. The kitchen, equipped with all we needed, and the spacious bathroom were separated by a door which allowed me to get up early without waking her. "We enjoyed our time in Yves' lovely apartment. It had everything one needs for a 2 week stay. The location was excellent with great restaurants close by. Main tourist attractions we saw by walking and the rest by metro, which were only 5 minutes away. The Nespresso Ventuo made really good coffee. We found a shop in Marais for those larger pods. The only issue is the checking in process where it is very difficult to see the codes to access the keys, as it sits in a mailbox. But we managed it...

"The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

"This is a good little apartment if you need to be in the center of town as I did. It is very very clean and the bathroom is newly renovated. Things to note: There were no supplies like paper towels or salt which is a small thing but would have been nice. Also, there is a bar downstairs that is very very noisy on Saturday night. If you are up all night, or out partying yourself, it should not be a problem. I was working and could have used a few more hours sleep before heading to work on Sunday."

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
