Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. Refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies. Property Details: This 27-sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, Nespresso drip coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The sleeping area faces the street and furnished with a double bed with a comfortable, quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Important Information and Policies \- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy. \- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. You are steps from the entrance to one of the most famous art museums in the world, the Louvre. The Palais Royal with its stunning striped columns and poetic benches is just moments from your front door, as well as the gorgeous Tuileries Gardens and Musee de l’Orangerie. There is also the chic Rue Saint Honoré shopping street, full of high-end shops and boutiques. The bustling market street of Rue Montorgueil is 5 minutes from your front door and offers a huge range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, cheese shops, fruit stands and more! With its close proximity to the Metro station Chatelet (Line 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14), reaching other areas of the capital is a breeze!
