Hotel Banke

"A beautiful hotel, for a modern Paris experience."
Set in an absolutely beautiful building in a brilliant location, this hotel is stylish and upmarket without trying too hard. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff both friendly and extremely professional, without being at all aloof (as is sometimes the case with 'luxury' hotels)... they made us feel very welcome, speaking brilliant English too. Our 'Superior' room was quite small, but this is Paris after all, and the limited space was used well and the room felt comfortable and modern. It seemed that every time we returned, our room had been cleaned for us! The hotel's bar is outstandingly well stocked, and makes a perfect place to unwind if you don't feel like venturing out to the streets. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked when we wanted to visit, so we didn't have a chance to try that, but I can confirm that room service was fantastic – in fact the menu undersold it, the burger was one of the best I've had and easily worth the money! Of course, this isn't the cheapest hotel in Paris, but nor did it feel overpriced for the experience. As a surprise trip for my girlfriend, Hotel Banke provided the perfect foundation for a wonderful trip, and I hope to return one day.

Lovely hotel close by to the main tourist attractions and train. The staff couldn't have been more helpful . The room was small but impeccably clean. The TV was not working properly- We were informed by front desk that the system was new and kinks needed to be worked out. Would definitely recommend this hotel in central Paris

"Great location, pleasant rooms, dignified lobby,"
Arrived less a week after the horrible terrorist attacks. Despite the increased security (bag check before entering) everything was done pleasantly. Checked bags arrived in 2 minutes at my room. etc

Hôtel Pont Royal

7 Rue Montalembert, Paris - Map
"Lovely place in great location"
This hotel is charming. The decor is elegant, the concierge was exceptionally helpful. There are cafes nearby, a taxi stand a block up the street, and a metro stop a block down. There is an epicerie right across the street. The only odd thing was that there were no top sheets on the beds. I know this is a German tradition, but did not know it was French as well. But we would happily stay there again anytime.

As a city filled with artwork, gardens, and historical sites, there’s a world of wonder waiting for you in Paris. If you’re looking for a place to start, begin at one of the best attractions in Europe: Musée du Louvre.

The Louvre is one of those places that rarely needs an introduction. The glass pyramid is a famous world sight, as are the remarkable art pieces inside. This museum is home to the “Mona Lisa,” “Venus de Milo,” and “Psyche Revived by the Kiss of Love.” They often say it can takes days to see everything in the museum, so pick and choose your exhibits wisely. If you prefer your art to be of the singing variety, head to the Palais Garnier, also called the Opéra National de Paris. The opulent building is considered a masterpiece and is the perfect setting for first-rate ballets and operas. Keep in mind: Tickets to the performances go quickly, so try to book your front-row seats quickly.

Another thing you can sing praises of is the cheap rate you’ll get on your 5-star hotel in Paris when you book right here on We feature the best discounts on a magnitude of rooms in the city, so you can enjoy a locale overflowing with amenities, hospitality, and scenic views. And with those perfect deals on your hotel in Paris, you’ll have more left over to spend on picking up artwork for your own palace back home.
