"The staff were all really friendly, Salonge in the restaurant always took time to speak to our 10 year old and help her with her french. It is a nice area close to shopping and a comfortable walk to many of the sites of Paris. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay as well the elevators were not working most of the time leading to long lines coming and going from your rooms. "

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

"The hotel is great and easy to get around to the sites. The staff was very attentive and concern for us. Only issue I have is we had mosquitoes and killed over 10 of them. Finally I sprayed Lysol around the window frame and it stopped. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and I would reture"

"The location of this hotel to Eiffel Tower was great, the privilege rooms give you view of it and that was priceless!! The rooms are smaller but doable. So convenient and close to many areas. "

"Loved my stay at the Pullman! We were so close to the Eiffel Tower and had a room with a balcony which was great! The rooms are a little small, but that is to be expected in Paris. Everything was clean, bathroom was spacious and shower was nice. The location seemed very central and there are two metro options closeby, plus some really nice restaurants only a few minutes down the road."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating! I'd definitely come back for another stay! The only this is that the food options are limited if you do not have a car, as I spent a lot on food delivery during my stay. "

"Good room and location. But service was sub par. I booked a suite and it had two doors that had the hydraulic closing. I wanted a door stopper to have the doors opened since I have a toddler and didn’t want her finger to get stuck when the doors auto close. Despite repeated asks they never bothered to get me a damn door stopper. "

"I’m allergic to animals and had a reaction to the first room they put me in but as soon as I told the front desk they found a room for me that was just nextdoor…. and I had no reaction. I really appreciated the kindness. It was a great experience. Everyone spoke English as well. Rooms recently renovated and bedding was nice. "

"Great experience for Taylor swift concert! Best location to stay for the la defense arena! Bed is big and super comfy and the food at canteen m is really good! Highly recommend!!!"

"My home away from home when transferring via Paris CDG airport. Love the fact I always get the same room on the same floor to watch airliners taxi from the runway to the gate or gate to the runway . Amazing airport view as well "
