"Great amenities. Wasn't happy to be offered cleaning of the room every other day but then to find out it's every 3 days. A point of spending £2000 on a hotel is that you don't have to make your own bed/clean the room! Otherwise the hotel was great."

"LOcation Location and LOCATION! All the famous spot is in walkable distances. For Space needle and MOPOP, Olympic sculpture park, Chihuly glass museum, NO Problem!!! Just walk down the Pine street 4 min, you can find awesome convenient Monorail station! IT was 4 star hotel with 5 star location, 5 star convenience!"

"This is an aging but beautiful hotel in a prime downtown location. The staff is wonderful (and DO go to the gorgeous bar Oliver’s for a martini)! But if you are traveling on business, know that the hotel WiFi does NOT work with ‘Apple products’ as the nice staff member explained to me. And coffee service starts at 7 am so if you are on East Coast time, and have been awake since 4:30 am, that’s late! "
