The rooms i stayed in was a townhouse style(2 floor room). I couldn't control the air conditioning, which was on the bottom floor, and with both the bed and bathroom upstairs, it was unbearable to be upstairs. There was minimal circulation, and I accidentally got charged twice! I couldnt spend any money during my stay because of that interaction, on top of that, the same employee said it was for incidentals! Luckily i went back the next morning and the second charge was reversed, but it didnt get back to my account until i was already home. That experience will not be relived by me or my family again.

Receptionist very brusque, no information about services or facilities. Restaurant and bar closed and looked like it had been for a while. One of the two elevators out of order. No breakfast as advertised. Staff said breakfast hadn’t been available for at least four years!! So why is it offered on the booking page. Sink and bath wastes didn’t drain because of all he hair from previous guests (yuk). Window in our room. broken and jammed shut with a clamp, would have been easy for a child to open and get onto the ledge. Nice pool but no loungers? Not a good experience.

The room we were in was cold downstairs and warm upstairs. The tv wasn’t plugged in and didn’t even reach the outlet. We found what looked like a bed bug and ended up going home a day early. The location was good.

This property needs to be updated. No AC upstairs. No pillows, sheets, blankets for the pullout sofa. Sinks need to be replaced, they are old. No store to buy anything if you forgot something. Too expensive for the condition of the property.
