Well lit parking lot arriving after dark, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and functional rooms. Got us closer to stevens for a quick drive up to the slopes.

The rooms are in need of upgrade especially the showers and bathtubs. The basic rooms are good and quiet. The staff are great and very helpful. Good breakfast and lots of free parking and WIFi

The stay would have been just fine and I would have had no complaints but the showers are horrible. The room did not have any directions on how to turn the shower on. Sounds simple enough - I am a very seasoned traveler but have never seen a shower setup that required you to pull the a knob under the tub nozzle to start the water to the shower head. Also the water mizer needs to be resized it is much too small and I nearly froze (cold air) as i put the nozzle ON MY HEAD TO RINSE OUT THE SHAMPOO!!!

TV wouldn't work for any channel except PBS Kids (cartoons). Heat lamp in bathroom wouldn't turn off (broken timer mechanism). Room rug hadn't been vacuumed. Breakfast (included) was fine. Staff very pleasant. Got money back for 2nd night after cancelling stay
