"Close to wineries and tasting rooms"
My husband and I enjoy wine and have been wanting to visit the Willows Lodge after discovering online. After some recent business in Seattle we decided to give it a try...wish we had planned more than one night! The Lodge is beautiful and the service is excellent! Close to wineries and tasting rooms. We plan on visiting again soon!

"Loved the Pan Pacific"
Because our Alaska Airlines flight from LA was cancelled, we didn't get to spend as much time at the Pan Pacific as I would have liked to. After an extremely long and stressful day, this gracious hotel was such a relief. Very beautiful, and our room had a great view of the Space Needle. We will definitely return next time we are in Seattle!

"Gorgeous lodge in a very serene setting"
Beautiful lodge situated in a peaceful and romantic setting. The lodge is over 100 years old but it is kept in pristine condition. The rooms are spacious and the decor is rustic but very comfortable. My only concern is that the room was quite dark - especially with a forest outlook. The restaurant/lounge is stunning but it is extremely expensive.

We splurged and got a room with full view of the ocean. I am glad we did. It was so awesome seeing water, birds, boats and the pier from our window. Nice fireplace that kept the room toasty warm. The beds were not comfortable thou. Very hard. TV wasn't working right, so tech guy came and fixed it. He also gave us 2 free movies so that was really nice. The food and drinks at SixSeven restaurants are really good. Expensive but breakfast and happy hour prices are not horrible.

"Nice Hotel, staff is overwhelmed "
The hotel was is very clean and the rooms are incredibly nice with excellent facilities as you get access to the Bellevue club. With that said, know that there is rarely someone at the desk when you need something. You need to go to the athletic club check-in to get any question answered. For example I asked if I could get a late check-out and I was told to go back to my room and wait for a call as the attendant was more interested in talking to some of her friends at the desk. I never got a call back. When checking out(no extended check-out), the only option for my bill was to receive an email(which I never got), the staff was to busy to figure out how to get a bill printed. I was really hoping for a good experience as I an in Bellevue about 8 times a year.

"Location is awesome!"
The hotel is in a great location. The bathroom is small and a little dangerous with the step up. Another shelf and and perhaps hooks to hang items would be helpful.
