"Nice hotel in a beautiful setting "
Our room was upgraded to a nicer room when we arrived, and we were also offered a glass of wine when we checked in. All the staff were friendly and courteous, and aimed to please. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed (huge soaking tub, big fireplace). We had a great view of the beautiful grounds. Really enjoyed our stay!

"One night at the Auberge"
While touring Woodinville I decided it would be a good idea to get a room nearby and get a cab because the festivities that were taking shape during day were sure to evolve into a great night on the town. The honeymoon suite was the only room available and I went ahead and took it. After we arrived Nancy greeted us and showed us a wonderful room complete with a king bed, a jetted tub for two and huge shower with two shower heads. I would love to have the bathroom at my own house. Well, we checked in at about 5 PM and forgot about the festivities in town. Tucked back in the woods off the beaten path this place is a great getaway. Super relaxing without a care in the world we chilled for the rest of the night. Nancy brought some orange wine that was very tasty followed by a really amazing rice pudding. The next morning she brought fresh baked pastries for breakfast. Yum!

Sleeping Bulldog Bed and Breakfast

"This B&B was one of the best I have stayed in."
The breakfast in this B&B was amazing. The hosts were warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and made us feel like part of the family. They gave us ideas for things to do and spent time talking to us every morning about our previous day and our plans for the day. It was a great experience overall. They had snacks, water, soda available everyday. They just went above and beyond for us. The rooms were cleaning and nicely decorated. There were robes and slippers, a heated bathroom floor, and a heated towel rack. Lots of little touches to make you feel special. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Seattle.

"Beautiful old hotel full of character"
We had a great experience at this hotel, we loved our room, it was fabulous. The hotel staff was very friendly, the concierge staff, especially Jerry gave us great ideas of places to go, places to dine and they were so friendly and helpful in making plans for us. We loved the location, we could walk to everything, we did not have a car, we used local transportation, it was a great walk up the hill at the end of the day. We had so much fun, the weather was perfect, we would recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Inn at the Market across from Pikes Public Market"
The Inn at the Market was a beautiful hotel, especially the fifth-floor rooftop. The location of this hotel was ideal for walking to all the highlights of downtown Seattle. We got a ride to Pier 66 to Anthony's Restaurant, but realized how close we were to the hotel, and we walked back. The staff greeted us each time we entered the lobby. We enjoyed the Star Bucks coffee and the fresh flowers in the lobby. The rooftop seating each morning and evening was the best. We really enjoyed watching the sunset.

The Edgewater - A Noble House Hotel

Pier 67, 2411 Alaskan Way, Seattle - Map
The staff was above and beyond, really nice and helpful at every turn. The hotel itself is nice, in a classic way, it's not super-luxurious (which I don't like anyway), and it's in an incredible location, right over the water. Fireplaces in the rooms, cool tree branches and stone everywhere in the lobby and restaurant -- love the feel of the place The train tracks are right across the street, which doesn't bother me, but might bother some people. Will definitely stay there again.

Linda's by the Lake

25616 Lake Wilderness Lane SE, Maple Valley - Map
"Amazing Bed and Breakfast on the shore of a lake"
The best we have ever stayed in! We cannot say enough good things about this place. Linda was lovely, chatted when she saw us but left us to our own devises the rest of the time. We were provided with just about everything we could have needed and more! We were greeted with a snack when we arrived and not only breakfast every day but snack food as much as we needed too. The room was beautifully clean with also everything it was possible to need, DVD player, writing paper and pen, books to read, games just to name a few. The house is on the the shore of the beautiful Lake Wilderness which was so peaceful and quiet - fantastic for sitting on the jetty with a glass of wine in the evening. The view from the private (to the room) covered patio is divine. DO NOT miss out on a chance to stay here! We will be going back if we are in this area again, it is much much better than any hotel we have ever stayed in.

"Beautiful downtown Seattle hotel "
We stayed for one night at the Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle at a stay-cation (we live locally). The hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet, and perfect for our mini-vacation. We didn't eat on site, but did use the valet service for our car ($42 extra but considering it's downtown Seattle, a pretty decent price for overnight on a weekend). There was some confusion with the billing process upon check out. We pre-paid for the room using Expedia, and upon check out, the hotel used on credit card on file to charge us again for the room. I called the hotel the next day, they called Expedia, and straightened everything out quickly. Great customer service!
