"We had a health emergency which required us to stay a day longer at the hotel. The front desk staff “EveryrhingPerson” was so helpful and sympathetic. Their assistance turned a crisis into a manageable situation. Thank you!!"

"Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...

"Really nice hotel with unique features. Definitely check out the Dome Room. Centrally located with a train stop right outside. Our room was pretty small, but we didn't mind. The free breakfast was a nice perk. Room service never came - not sure if we had to request it. But regardless, we had a great stay and would return again!"

A bout of confusion on the part of the front desk staff, and I was eventually offered another one. Quick commute from this location to downtown for work and more cost effective than staying more centrally located. Refrigerator in room did not keep temp. Woken up just before 9AM on my first day off with housekeeping looking...

"Clean, comfortable room and very nice front desk staff. The coffee in the lobby is superb. The breakfast offerings were very plain and limited, not suitable for a diabetic or pre-diabetic person. Housekeeping kept the place very clean but missed many details such as when to replace linens, how many face cloths and towels 2 people need, how to hang a shower curtain and so forth."
