Extended Stay America Seattle - Bothell - West

"quick trip"
Overall not a bad experience. Extended Stay as a whole needs to offer more TV channels and they need to do better on their Wi-Fi. It's absolutely pitiful. I don't know what their philosophy is on Wi-Fi connections and speed, but it's seriously horrible. It's not just at this location, it seems to happen at all Extended Stay locations. As someone who works in IT, it is not hard to have hi-speed Wi-Fi available for all the folks that say here. They need to fix that. Even when they make you pay for their "high speed" package it's still way to slow compared to other hotels. So if you're expecting hi-speed Wi-Fi, you're better off going to another hotel. They throttle the speed down way to much.

"Good place to sleep. "
We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the motel. Just slept, showered and would leave first thing in the morning each day. But the prices were reasonable, the rooms were clean and the staff were awesome.

"Surprisingly clean and up to date."
Pleasantly surprised. I had a hard time locating this motel. I thought I had a reservation at another nearby Motel 6 that I was familiar with. They redirected me to the motel where I actually had a reservation. Everything worked out fine.

"Nice stay in Renton"
Room was very spacious! We had the Executive Suite with living room, kittenette, private bedroom and large bathroom. Place was overall comfortable but the bed was very hard. But, we have a tempurpedic bed at home, so any hotel bed is mostly too hard for us. Husband felt that it was uneven as well, feeling like the head of the bed was lower then the foot, so probably should be replaced...nice place for an extended stay in the area. Nice breakfast offered. Our only complaint was there never were any cookies that they had advertized having available...sad when you come back late and don't stop for dessert but looking forward to the cookies upon arrival to the hotel and they aren't there..overall, nice stay!

"Weekend Football Trip!"
Was very pleased overall with this hotel. Staff was amazing and very friendly from start to finish.Room was very clean. I loved how they provided slippers, robe and an umbrella in the room for guests to use. As Seattle is somewhat rainy I thought this was a nice touch. I could hear alot of traffic and the monorail is also right outside the hotel. Some shopping and restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk but it would have been nice if hotel had some sort of lounge. There was a small restaurant that provided breakfast but we were charged for it.Would have been nice to have something complimentary. Overall this Hotel was very good and I would stay again. First time in Seattle to see the Seahawks play and wanted something central. This worked for us. Was also not too far from transit which goes all the way to the airport.
