Front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Concierge guy as well.
At first day, there's bath mat missing. Cooler box is bit small and it takes a while to get cool. We asked ice pale with ice cubes while we try to put our infant sleep. We asked to leave it by the door. But the service guy knocked the door... Otherwise my son enjoyed the view from the window everyday that he can see a monorail and an airplane.
We loved the location of the property!! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The only problem was the poor housekeeping couldn’t keep up. I would definitely stay again!
Great service, easy checki n. We checked in early, nono char. Easy walk from the link. Beautiful rooms, conenient market open late so you can always get hot and cold food and drinks or coffeee. Easy fast check out. They even held our bags for us agreed we checked out so we could go see a museum before lye fight. 5 stars
