The water pressure for showering was extremely low. That is the only thing I’d want to see improved. Great location, staff and easy to get around near the property.

I liked my overall experience, staff was friendly, informative and made the visit enjoyable. The only issue which was resolved was our drycleaning getting done. The service that was offered got the job done, however they forgot my pants for a wedding. Luckily, they did resolve this quickly and got it to me 2 hours prior, but it was stressful going through this time. I would hope this service can be streamlined to be easier for future customers.

Ive stayed here twice. I loved it. Its close to Starbucks reserve. (Must go, only a few reserves in the world). Hotel was clean,nice staff,they let me check in early both times. I would stay here again :)
